The Deposit Documentation Manager supports and drives deposit account best practices across all locations while overseeing the Deposit Documentation team. This position is responsible for providing operational direction to the Documentation team in accordance with established policies and procedures for Personal and Business deposit account support, account maintenance, CIP, IRA's, and other deposit account functions. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate review of new account documentation and customer account maintenance.
