The Loan Services Analyst is responsible for the on-going support of the loan workflow system and processes within CrossFirst Bank. This position serves as liaison between Bankers, Loan Assistants and the Loan Services team, focusing on optimal systems utilization, training and process improvement.
The Treasury Services Banker I will increase the Treasury Services account portfolio while referring prospective business and individual clients to internal business partners. Market Treasury Services products and deposits for Treasury clients through networking as well as following up on leads provided through Business Bankers. Assists Treasury Bankers in performing their duties with clients.
The Enterprise Finance Analyst conducts financial modeling, industry research and other analyses to support the evaluation, structuring and underwriting of senior financing for acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth capital of middle market businesses owned by private equity groups, family offices and private investors.
The Institutional Banker develops new deposit relationships, as well as maintains and services an existing portfolio of deposit relationships. Represents the Bank through active participation in local community events, promoting the Bank’s products and services.
The Business Loan Assistant provides administrative and project management support to the Commercial Real Estate department. Assists Business Bankers in performing their duties with loan and deposit customers.
The Part-Time Personal Banker - is responsible for providing extraordinary service to the Bank's clients. This position requires a high level of accuracy to comply with regulatory requirements and minimize risk.
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for the support, execution and overall success of the Client Care department. This includes serving as the subject matter expert on CrossFirst Bank products, services and systems, as well as actively resolving client questions and issues.
