The Business Loan Assistant will provide administrative support and extraordinary service to the Private Banking team. Interact daily with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as with internal clients at all levels of the organization. Ensure that all who contact CrossFirst Bank, via phone or in person, are received in a professional, warm and friendly manner.
The Compliance Specialist ensures the Bank complies with all laws, regulations and industry best practices. Assists in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s Compliance Management System to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
The Relationship Banker provides extraordinary service to the Bank’s Relationship Banking and Private Banking clients. This position requires a high level of accuracy to comply with regulatory requirements and minimize risk.
The Director, Commercial Banking develops, manages, and advances the strategic objectives of the KC Commercial Banking Group. Builds a client base, implements disciplined business development activities, is active member of the KC Commercial Banking Group leadership team, and is involved in the community. Increases the Commercial Banking Group loan portfolio through identifying and capturing loan opportunities consistent with CrossFirst Bank loan policy and have appropriate loan structure and pricing for the associated risk(s). Develops and expands relationships for long term business partnering with clients, prospective business, individual clients, and internal business partners.
The Managing Director, Business Banking develops, manages and advances the strategic objectives of the Business Banking team. Expectations are to increase the Business Banking loan portfolio through identifying and capturing loan opportunities that are consistent with CrossFirst Bank loan policy and has an appropriate loan structure, for the associated risk(s). Develops and expands relationships for long term business partnering with clients, prospective business, individual clients and internal business partners.
The Senior Credit Risk Officer oversees the lending portfolio of the Bank, including but not limited to the oversight of credit quality and the credit presentation function. Evaluates and decisions loan opportunities, within assigned business units, as well as governance and monitoring of the portfolio necessary to mitigate the Bank’s financial risk.
The Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter - Energy provides credit administration support and service to the Energy Banking team. Performs independent credit analysis and risk assessment on larger and more complex credit relationships. Review and analyze borrower/guarantor financial information on an ongoing basis and assist with monitoring the financial performance of borrowers.
